🔧 Worker at a facility manufacturing structures for shipping and industry

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Marking details using simple templates

• Threading with cutting tools

• Preparing parts from processing to quality control

• Operating a semi-automatic welding machine and gas cutter

• Indoor work with possibility of skills advancement

💰 Pay rate:
– 28–30 PLN/hour net
– +300 PLN/month bonus (ulga podatkowa for 160 h/month)

📌 Requirements:

• Skills in semi-automatic welding

• Ability to work with a gas cutter

• Understanding technical drawings

• No bad habits

🕕 Working conditions:

• Employment contract: Umowa zlecenia

• Working hours: 8–12 hours, two shifts (night shifts included)

• Average monthly hours: 200–240

• Working days: Mon–Sat

• Accommodation provided

📄 Additional info:

• Work clothing: 200 PLN (deducted once)

• Medical examination: 200 PLN (deducted once)

• Contract processing in Kluczbork

• Contract arranged via PESEL with UKR mark, under visa-free, Polish work visa, or temporary residence permit
