🔧 Fitter-Assembler (Bridge Production and Assembly)
🛠 Responsibilities:

Assembly and installation of steel bridge structures

Reading technical blueprints and documentation

Performing fitting and assembly tasks
💰 Pay rate:
– 31 PLN/hour net
– + bonuses 2–3 PLN/hour
– +300 PLN/month bonus (ulga podatkowa for 160 hours/month)
📌 Requirements:

Experience as a fitter/assembler

Ability to read technical drawings
🕕 Working hours:
– 10–12 hours per day
– 6 days a week
– Night shifts available
– Average 250 hours per month
🏠 Accommodation: provided
👕 Work clothing: free (with a contract of at least 3 months)
